This tea was made on the cusp of autumn and winter.
It is a good autumn tea and I have got good comments about it from all those who received the samples.
Many of them regretted that they were not the ones who were going to get it.
The thing about this tea is that, like the way it falls on the cusp of autumn and winter,
the oxidisation also falls in the corridor of uncertainty.
That is what we aim for in Lady Of The Mountains
- to make it right at the convergence zone of
partially oxidised and fully oxidised
and to give our tea drinking customer a good tasting experience.
I hope that this year it reflects the two convergences:
1) the convergence of partially oxidised and fully oxidised and
2) the convergence of warm sunny days of autumn with the cold winter nights.
