Darjeeling, homeland to the champagne of teas, is known to have three quality
seasons and the first is called First Flush.This Himalayan Wonder from
Turzum tea estate is a truly unmatchable firstflush with flavors so flowery,
it is as if lilies are blooming just besideyou! With aftertaste of pears
and roses, it is simply magnificent.In Turzum tea estate, the name ‘wonder’
indicates that a cultivar called B157 is used and this Himalayan Wonder
is no exception. ‘This tea is indeed from B-157 primarily but we have blended
approximately 20% of high elevation grown T-78. As the leaf growth was
slow due to prolonged cold during February & March, we had some T-78
clone leaf similar to B-157 in leaf morphology and shoot heaviness. Interestingly
we found that this blend imparted more delicacy and smoothness in cup’

recommend it to all tea connoisseurs.

How to brew (1 person):Pour 150-200cc of hot water (rolling boil) over
3g of tea leaf and infuse for approximately 3-5 minutes. Adjust according
to your taste.
